Hi, please note that during the weekend period the expected response times to tickets is 24 hours. Once you have submitted your ticket or replied to an existing ticket it will be replied to within 24 hours.
During the week the normal response time is a couple of hours.

Before you create your ticket:
When you create a new ticket you must include your license key as we cannot provide support without your license key.
If you're experiencing an issue with the plugin you're using please state the full details of the issue. Saying "the plugin doesn't work' or 'the plugin stopped working" isn't enough information for us to be able to troubleshoot your issue.
We cannot provide you with support without this information.
